Code of ConductWe do not presume to tell our clients how to run their businesses. However, we require our clients to endorse a reasonable code of conduct as per the IAEIA to prevent abuses. These are summarized as follows: (1) Employer must have a written health policy in respect of safe sex and enforce this policy with staff and clients. (2) Employer must have a safety policy and take appropriate steps to protect staff and clients. (3) Employer must have a privacy policy and take appropriate steps to protect escorts identities from clients and the general public. (4) Employer must ensure that all cash bookings are settled daily and credit card bookings are settled no later than 5 business days after the booking. (5) No monetary penalties of escorts may be in place. (6) Use of escorts photos on websites may only be with escorts permission and must be removed from the website after that escort ceases employment and all accounts receivable have been settled. (This does not apply where employer has bought rights in photos.) (7) Employer takes only reasonable and legal steps to collect accounts receivable from escorts. (8) Employer does not encourage illegal drug use from staff or allow illegal drugs on premises (if a brothel or parlour). (9) Employer does not employ minors (under 18 years of age) or persons illegally in Australia.
